AutoCAD 3D training (2 days) explores the fundamental concepts and workflows for creating 3D models using AutoCAD, making use of hands-on exercises representing real-world scenarios to provide a thorough grounding in 3D fundamentals.

On completion of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Represent a design by creating solid primitives, solid or surface models from cross-sectional geometry, or composite models from multiple solid materials
• Complete a solid model design by adding the necessary features to detail, duplicate and position 3D models
• Convert 2D objects to 3D objects
• Document a 3D design by creating 2D drawings for production and visualisation
• Communicate design ideas using visual styles, lights, model walk-through tools and renderings

On-demand AutoCAD 3D courses (for your group) can be run on a date and at a location that suits you, which may be our training centre in Bromsgrove or your venue.

Scheduled AutoCAD 3D courses run in 2012 are based on AutoCAD 2012, although most of the techniques taught are relevant to all recent releases of AutoCAD. If you are using a different version of AutoCAD, the trainer will be happy to spend time looking at this with you during the course.

On-demand courses for groups can be run on any recent version, from AutoCAD 2000 to AutoCAD 2012.

Autodesk e-certificate

We are an Autodesk authorised Training Centre (ATC), and our AutoCAD 3D training course is accredited by Autodesk. Delegates receive an industry recognised e-certificate from Autodesk to confirm they have attended and successfully completed an accredited AutoCAD training course.
