CIPD's learning delivery arm is one of the UK's largest providers of HR and L&D training for businesses and individuals. We offer learning solutions that enable HR and L&D practitioners, HR and L&D departments, and line managers across the organisation, to build their capability, and thus drive the performance of their organisation through great people management and development practices.

The tutor keeps you focussed on the material and they were great at bringing in case law examples. They broke up the training with case study activities and role play. Since the course I have been able to use some of the examples of case law to my clients when giving examples of tribunals similar to their own and which was the tribunal swayed. ...

The course tutor showed great use from their own experience of relevant cases - so had great “real life” examples.
