This Airline Contract Law course takes a detailed looking at the contractual agreements typically used in the world of aviation, as well as providing a basic how-to guide for the drafting and management of different types of contracts.

The 4-day programme is designed to provide airport and aviation professionals, as well as legal staff specialising in the airline field, with a set of solid introductory skills in:

  • Pinpointing the source of airline contract law, such as distribution agreements and international air law
  • Analysing the contractual agreements existing between airlines and passengers
  • Reviewing purchase agreements, aircraft charter and wet and dry leases
  • Demonstrating the creation & management of ground handling, outsourcing and catering contracts

Delegates will thus leave the course with a strong base of knowledge in the principles of airline contract law and the different forms of agreement it encompasses.
