Business English - A Company Specific Intensive Workshop for Professionals in UK
This workshop on Business English will help participants take their English language skills to the next level. Participants will gain confidence and a more advanced command of the terminology and style of both written and spoken business English communication.
This is the company specific version of the workshop, which means that it is a workshop offered for groups of participants either at Souters' London center or at the client's venue depending on the specific requirements. This is a highly interactive workshop which combines simulated business scenarios for both groups and individuals. After course support and follow up is available for three months.
Students will learn technical language that is used to evaluate and analyse data. They will learn how to understand business-related English conversations, announcements and presentations including those made over the telephone. Beyond just comprehension, students will learn how to participate in conversations and meetings in routine and semi-routine business contexts. A focus on delivering presentations will help participants convey points of view convincingly in order to influence others. Students will learn how to use a wide range of business writing formats, including letters, emails, memos and minutes of meetings. Finally students will learn how to present themselves for interview for more senior roles.
Suitability - Who should attend?
This Business English Intensive Workshop is suitable for people with an intermediate to advanced level of English, who need to enhance their English Language Skills within a business setting.
At least an intermediate level in English, both written and spoken.
