Instructor has been very informative & taken the time to assist with any queries. As someone who is completely new I have managed to gain a very valuable but basic understanding of the Linux OS & look further to enhance this with parts 2 & 3 of the Administering Red Hat Linux 6

The trainer made the course very easy to learn. Managed to get through a lot of literature, very quickly, without it being rushed either. Practical examples helped with the learning. The course was everything I would have wanted it to be.
