Coaching in Practice - a 2 days training course at University of the West of EnglandThis short training programme is is designed to provide the space and time to practice new tools and techniques for coaching in practice. In addition to offering the opportunity to reflect on and engage in coaching and mentoring, this course enables delegates to gain new perspectives in the impact and use of language in coaching.
Delegates will be able to gain feedback on their activities and simulated interventions. Attention will be given to both structured and unstructured practices and the consideration of different techniques to enhance coachee engagement. Participants should come prepared to actively explore a number of issues and will take on the roles of coach or mentor, coachee or mentee and observer.
