Valuation with Prof. Aswath Damoradan

This 4-half-day virtual classroom will be held online from 31 May to 3 June 2022, between 16:00 to 19:00 CET.

The training course, powered by IMAA - Institute for Margers, Acquisitions and Alliances, will be led by Professor Aswath Damodaran who will provide the attendees with several fundamentals approaches to valuation, their advantages and limitations, and extensive examples of each.

Value a firm using multiples and comparable firms
Analyse and critique the use of multiples in valuation
Value ‘problem’ firms, such as distressed companies or start-ups
Estimate the effect on value of restructuring a firm.

Course delivery details

The course will be delivered as a virtual classroom via Zoom and it is based on 3-hour long lessons from 31 May to 3 June 2022.
