Attending this workshop, you will understand more about what resilience is and how it affects your coaching practice. Based on over ten years of research from The Resilience Engine, and in particular using the insights from The Resilience Dynamic®, this will give you a much more rigorous sense of why resilience is critical for your clients’ performance and wellbeing.
