Course description
Ring in a Day
Spend the day learning the basic techniques of making a silver ring to take home at the end of the workshop.
Suitability - Who should attend?
Please bring a notebook and pencil for jotting ring sizes etc.
Please wear flat shoes. No open toes or high heels are allowed as this can be a hazard in the workshop.
There will be a break for lunch, so please bring a packed lunch and a drink.
You may wish to bring an apron/overall although this is not essential. />
Training Course Content
What you’ll learn
This workshop is designed for all abilities, from complete beginners to those who have experience making jewellery of some kind.
Teaching methods include:
- formal instruction
- discussion
- individual tuition
- practical demonstration
- practical experience
The tutor will work one-to-one with you, as well as in groups, to help you with designing and perfecting your ring-making skills and techniques.
You will have a silver ring to take home at the end of the workshop.
