Course description

Our Stress Management course will push your skills to a new level.

This one-day workshop explores the harmful long-term effects of stress on our mental and physical health and provides suggestions for managing individual stresses more effectively. It defines and explains stress, and covers strategies such as changes in lifestyle, stress management techniques such as relaxation and exercise, and the use of music or humour in dealing with stress.
