For newly promoted managers, one of the most significant challenges is having to manage people who, until recently, would have been colleagues and friends. This new dynamic can often be difficult to navigate.

Through this in-house course from BiteSize Learning, new managers will gain practical techniques for managing friends effectively - learning how to earn respect and make changes to the relationship, without damaging it.
