This intensive telephone selling 2 day training course has been designed to focus on the mindset, attitude and techniques needed to be successful in a telephone based sales role. It provides a clear framework for a consultative, action led conversation.

This high energy course involves theory, role play, exercises and the opportunity to practice the methodology during a 'live' calling session on day 2.
