An Introduction to the Takeover Code - The Blue Book

This one-day course provides a detailed, up-to-date review of the key provisions of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the 'Blue Book'). Given the significant rule changes that have come into effect since 2011, this review will put delegates in a position to advise on the Code’s applicability, relevance and requirements during a UK takeover bid.

No prior knowledge of the City Code is assumed.
