Introduction to the Consumer Credit Act

This course is split into two parts. Part one aims to develop awareness of the requirements of the Consumer Credit Acts (1974 and 2006), and associated regulations, and of their practical application. The second part aims to develop awareness of the new consumer credit regime under the Financial Conduct Authority.
