Its a bit of a cliche these days, but unfortunately, its also 100% true. The problem for most of us is that we would prefer to treat it as a cliche & everything we love is somehow bad for us.
However, there is some good news. This fantastic new course has been specially written to help us make healthy choices about what we eat without taking all the fun out of our lives. It does this by giving us the knowledge to manage our diet proactively so that we make conscious choices about what we put inside what Buddhists call The Body Temple, rather than just blindly dumping all the wrong stuff into our mouths.
The issue with diet is not simply that we must cut out all sugars, fats, and processed foods. We also need to make sure we get the right vitamins and minerals, in the right combination and quantity. This ensures the incredible machine we use all day every day remains healthy and serviceable without requiring major maintenance or refit. Its more than a meat suit, despite the way we treat it.
If we get our diet right, we can still have chocolate, alcohol, and a curry from time to time without setting ourselves up for a stroke, heart attack or major disease. Its all about balance, and this course will help you achieve that.
This fantastic new course is useful for anybody who wants to improve their eating habits, understand more about illnesses and diseases that are largely diet related, such as diabetes, change their lifestyle or modify their diet for medical reasons, or to just be in a stronger position to make better nutritional choices.
