The Living Your Best Life Diploma Course guides you through your first steps in acquiring the life you want by first helping you to see where you are right now. You’ll learn to recognise whether things are out of balance, how to restore balance and develop resilience.
 
From this understanding of yourself, the course provides the foundations from which to build your future. You’ll be introduced to simple but incredibly powerful concepts that will aid in planning your future and personal development. These concepts and exercises include the Pillars of Life, the Wheel of Life Exercise and setting SMART goals.

To set you off on your journey, the course concludes with a technique to loosen up your mind and focus on what you really want and provides guidance on how to create a meaningful life purpose statement.

Upon completion of your course assessments, you receive 2 certificates. A certified Diploma certificate from the Centre of Excellence and a CPD certificate displaying the number of CPD points earned from the course.
