Introduction to Leadership
Leadership, at its core, is all about influence. The ability to influence a group of people to achieve a common goal. To define the vision of that common goal and motivate the team to achieve it with confidence and passion.
This course will explore some of the characteristics of leadership as well as styles and approaches you can take to improve as a leader, although, there’s no single best style of leadership. The style of leadership you’ll need to take will vary by situation.
