    • Holiday pay and leave
    • Lawful, versus unlawful, deductions
  • Real-time information and the data requirements
  • Statutory payments and deductions
    • SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP and ShPP
    • Student loans
    • Court orders
  • PAYE income tax and national insurance contributions
    • Tax rates, allowances, thresholds and codes
    • Correct treatment of starters, leavers and payments after leaving
    • Benefits in kind, including childcare vouchers
    • National insurance
    • Directors’ NIC
  • Workplace pensions and automatic enrolment 


The cost of this course is as follows:

  • For CIPP members: £435.60 + VAT
  • For non-members: £484 + VAT

The CIPP can also customise and deliver this course as in-house training for your organisation.
