  • learn how to minimize impact with risk management 
  • understand ethical and moral considerations that sit alongside legal obligations.

  • what is social media? The What, Why, and Wow
  • business applications 
  • common issues such as reputational damage, bullying, harassment, time-wasting, data proctection and more
  • key legislation as an evolving area with the likes of data protection, harassment and more 
  • policy or practice mindset - how to embrace what you can't control and turn a crisis to an advantage rather than a risk
  • risk management - with the use of a risk register you'll look at high profile cases, discuss common risks, and works through a risk management process 
  • Netiquette - a guideline on how to behave properly and treat people well online.
