This course will enable you to understand the advanced practice of professional bodies, which follow a range of skills and attributes such as those indicated within the Learning and Development Framework for Clinical Imaging and Oncology (SOR, 2007). The core functions of this framework are professional leadership, specialist practice, consultancy, teaching, training, development, practice and service improvement. It will provide you with a chance to look at a range of issues related to core functions and apply them real-time. The main focus of this module is to acquaint you with the standard professional practices and the application of knowledge in advanced practice.
