This one-day Sales Training Course has been designed to give your staff the practical skills needed to be successful at selling a service or products to potential clients.

Sales skills include making a good impression, analysing requirements, describing product/service, persuasion, negotiation and customer service. These skills are not natural talents and need to be learned and practised.
