2002 ISDA® Master Agreement and 2016 ISDA® Credit Support Annex For Variation Margin (English Law) - Public Course in London
Intended for financial and legal professionals, this 3-day training course will provide a thorough and insightful overview of the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and English Law VM CSA.
In terms of the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement, delegates will receive an introduction and review of its contents, schedule and implications in a practical market scenario. Analysis of relevant risks and legal issues are also incorporated.
Following this, delegates will explore the 2016 ISDA® Credit Support Annex for Variation Margin under English Law in terms of core concepts, risks and legal issues . All theoretical course content is delivered alongside practical exercises to ensure delegates' full understanding and retention.
