Our Learning & Development Level 3 apprenticeship enables employees to develop their skills in managing day-to-day L&D activities.
Apprentices at this level gain a thorough grounding in L&D areas such as identifying development needs, as well as designing, evaluating and delivering effective L&D activities. They develop the skills and behaviours to work across all disciplines in L&D.
Through our blend of eLearning, and workshops, apprentices are required to make decisions and recommendations on what L&D needs to do, as well as apply best practice and instigate change for the benefit of the entire organisation.
Please note we also offer the L&D Level 5 Apprenticeship.
Eligibility:
CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development Practice (included at no extra cost)
