CMI Level 5 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring - In-house training by DSM Training

This Level 5 diploma in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for practising middle managers and professionals aspiring for senior management roles. This in-house training programme will help delegates to develop management coaching and mentoring skills and help them to identify the links between management coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

3.2 Describe what mentoring means within the concept of team learning.

4. Understand the links between the objectives of an organisation, and coaching and mentoring.
4.1 Evaluate the manager’s role as a coach.
4.2 Evaluate the manager’s role as a mentor.
4.3 Describe how coaching and mentoring as concepts are connected to the objectives of an organisation.
