This in-house writing to customers course provides clear and practical techniques for writing for a customer audience. Communicating with customers is essential to business and this training course will help your team communicate better with your customer base and bring more value to your organisation.

This training programme is tailored to each individual team or company. Examples and exercises are customised to each organisation's industry, organisational tone and type of writing or correspondence. Pre-course evaluations of each participant's writing samples are included and this helps ensure a learning experience that is focused on key areas of development.
