It was born from the 2008/09 Financial Crisis, and other scandals such as PPI mis-selling and the LIBOR rigging examples. This course provides insights in to how the Retail Banking sector has implemented SM&CR, and investigates some of the challenges that Banks have experienced and how they are responding to these.
