Entry Requirements
You would normally have a grade D/3 in GCSE Mathematics, a Level 1 or 2 Functional skills Maths or equivalent. However, there are no set entry requirements. Before starting the course, you will be assessed for suitability and to agree the level you can study. Prior qualifications will be used where appropriate.
Who is the course for
Achieving at least a grade C/4 in GCSE Mathematics can open up a wide range of new opportunities including promotion at work, university entrance, training courses (teaching/accountancy) or access courses. In addition, you will acquire skills which you can apply in many aspects of your everyday life.

Study Methods
How is the course assessed
There will be three exams that will take place in May/June each year. One non-calculator paper and two calculator papers. All exams are one and a half hours each.
