Really great content to the course and the trainer delivered the topics in a relatable and clear way. It was a lot of information to take in but Claire's patience and in depth knowledge of the information really helped to establish the concepts. Thanks.

Theory was successfully balanced with practical exercises and role-playing. The professor showed knowledge and vast experience on the topic. Sufficient length. Knowledge that can be immediately applied on daily activities.

I had a great experience with Huthwaite from day 1 right to the end of day 3. There was never a dull moment. It certainly helped that the trainer knew the spin process inside out.

The trainer, Jane Ford, was brilliant. The system takes a little understanding at first, but with patients and Jane continually explaining elements in different ways, it became understandable and then was very easy to apply to situations.

On the first day, I felt uncomfortable due to the nature of my role/industry and experience compared to the other attendees. I've attended other sales training, but this one was far the best. I liked that each theory part was followed by a practical exercise. Also, Mike, our teacher, was a pleasure to work with and made the three days a lot of fun.

The course was really good in providing me with a defined sales process and how to track progress through each stage and how to re-visit if needed.It was well presented and I was fortunate to have a really collaborative group which made the learning experience even better
