I really enjoyed the course and its content, the course leaders were very knowledgeable and always willing to assist in any discussions that were taking place, I would highly recommend the VBA negotiating course.

The course focuses on the fundamental elements of successful negotiation, from the pre-negotiation phase to the various stages throughout the negotiation. The facilitators show you techniques, tools and somewhat surprising new behaviours to be adopted, to help you achieve your objectives in difficult and complex negotiation situations.

Extremely useful course, helps understand and structure sales interactions. Also, very importantly helps understand what behaviours increase the chances of a successful sales interaction and how to apply them. What makes this course different is that the framework (SPIN) is supported by an extensive research of sales interactions.

It was disappointing that only 3 of the delegates turned up, although that did mean that the course flowed very quickly, but we lacked participant input. The spin course was very informative, which helped me to learn about all aspects of the sales call in a detailed and structured way that I had not used before. The course trainer Nikki was fantastic, and ensured the group were relaxed and were able to enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend this course.

A really interactive 3 days delivered that has the potential to change our organisations approach to sales and in turn results. The balance between theory and the live opportunity to practice via the role plays helped to bring the strategy to life even though it wasn't a real life scenario!
