Anti-Bribery Training
This online training course has been designed to use by any employee who could possibly be exposed to bribery in the workplace. It covers what is defined by bribery and what actions that may not seem like bribery legally count as a bribe.
The course helps the user understand parts of the Bribery Act 2010 that applies to them, understand what happens if they fail to prevent bribery, and know the common indicators of a bribe.
The CPD Accredited course can be completed in just 25 minutes and provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

Anti-Bribery Training Certificate
This Anti-Bribery Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

Training Course Content
This training course is broken down into 3 sections
Section 1: The Types of Bribery
This section will cover the first 3 types of bribery that the Bribery Act defines - Bribing another person, Being bribed and Bribery of foreign public officials.
Section 2: Failing to Prevent Bribery
This section will cover the fourth offence - failure to prevent bribery - and the six principles to follow to ensure they don’t fail to prevent it.
Section 3: Bribes, Gifts and Hospitality
This final section will look at the difference between gifts and bribes, what you can offer as gifts, the signs of bribery and what to do if you suspect it.
