Bar Staff Training (Working in Licensed Premises)
This online training course is designed for the use of anyone who works in a place where alcohol is sold or served. It explains the Age Verification process using a step-by-step guide and also offers useful tips on how to refuse to serve somebody.
The course follows guidance from The Licensing Act 2003 and covers its 4 aims and the responsibility your organisation has to uphold them. Enrolling your employees on this course helps to minimise the chance of incidents happening on your premises & keep your employees safe.
The CPD Accredited course can be completed in just 60 minutes and provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

Bar Staff Training Certificate
This Bar Staff Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

This training course is broken down into 3 sections
Section 1: The Licensing Act and its aims
This section will cover what the aims of the Licensing Act are and how employees and employers can achieve them.
Section 2: Age Verification Process
This section will cover how to ave confidence to refuse to serve someone and the age verification process.
Section 3: Best Practice Working
This final section will cover the best working practices and the right of entry, as well as mandatory licensing conditions, illegal activities and how alcohol can affect customers.
