Average rating 5

Based on 22 reviews.

It makes you think about how you get into bad habits and realise that you need to take more care about yourself
This course is useful because it's been updated to cover newer ways of working, including standing desks and flexible, mobile working whilst at home, travelling, at coffee shops etc where a traditional setup isn't always available.
This was an easily accessible and very important training, especially considering the current situation of passing on infections.
