Electricity is the main cause of over 1500 fires per year, so it is apparent that there is an element of danger associated with its use. For this reason, it is essential that those who use electrical appliances at work understand how to safely use and maintain these devices.
Our online training course helps the user work towards legal compliance with current legislation, and also how to react in an emergency and deal with electrical injuries and burns.
The IOSH & RoSPA Approved & CPD Accredited course can be completed in just 50 minutes and provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

This Electrical Safety Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

Training Course Content
This training course is broken down into 3 sections
Section 1: Working Safely with Electricity
This section will cover basic electrical safety and how to stop common accidents from happening, as well as safety during equipment maintenance and testing.
Section 2: Injuries and Emergency Procedures
This section looks at the common workplace accidents and what you should do after you experience one.
Section 3: Electricity and the Law
This final section will look at the law surrounding electrical safety and the Electricity at Work Regulations, including employer and employee responsibilities and risk assessments.
