Environmental Awareness Training
The Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Environment Act 1995 state that anybody who produces, handles, or disposes of waste must ensure it’s done so safely & properly. Businesses that do not comply can be given fines or even prison sentences. Therefore, it is essential that all employees understand their responsibilities under current legislation.
This online training course gives the user an understanding of the impact that workplaces have on the environment, as well as teaching them how they can reduce their impact on the environment as an individual.
The IOSH Approved & CPD Accredited course can be completed in just 45 minutes and provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

Environmental Awareness Training Certificate
This Environmental Awareness Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

This training course is broken down into 3 sections
Section 1: Global change
This section will look at what the environment is and what is happening to it including, climate change and human impact.
Section 2: How workplaces are affecting the environment
This section will show you how workplaces can make changes and make a difference.
Section 3: How individuals can improve their carbon footprint
This final section will focus on what individuals can do and how to reduce waste and their carbon footprint.
