Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 Training

This online training course is aimed at those who work with food and are in a managerial/supervisor role or are an employer/business owner. This training matched the CIEH syllabus and meets UK/EU legal requirements.

This Level 3 training will include the content from both the Level 1 and Level 2 training and build on them to give learners an understanding of the additional information needed in their roles. Learn about the importance of implementing good food hygiene management.

The CPD Accredited course can be completed in just 180 minutes and provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

Food Safety and Hygiene Training - Level 3 Certificate

This Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

This training course is broken down into 5 sections

Section 1: Introduction to Food Safety

This section will cover hazards, bacteria, illnesses, allergies, good/poor standards and more information about food safety in the workplace.

Section 2: Personal Hygiene

This section will cover the importance of each staff members personal hygiene and how supervisors/managers/employers should lead by example.

Section 3: Cleaning

This section will cover cross-contamination, cleaning and disinfection, cleaning schedules, waste, food pests and more.

Section 4: Storage, Temperature & Time

This section will cover food temperatures, deliveries, storage, preservation, packaging and labelling.

Section 5: HACCP & Legal Requirements

This final section will cover the legal requirements food businesses must meet, HACCP, training, record keeping and more.
