Resilience Training
This online training course provides the user with the tools needed to build resilience, which can help them better manage challenges and maintain good personal wellbeing in the face of adversity.
This 35 minute course helps the user to learn how to build resilience and deal with challenging situations, as well as covering the 5 Pillars of Resilience; Emotional Wellbeing, Future Focus, Inner Focus, Physical Health, Healthy Relationships.
The IOSH Approved & CPD Accredited course provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

Resilience Training Certificate
This Resilience Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

Training Course Content
This training course is broken down into 3 sections
Section 1: Introduction to Resilience
This section will cover what resilience means, how to achieve resilience and barriers that people face when trying to achieve it.
Section 2: The 5 Pillars of Resilience
This section will cover the 5 pillars of resilience - emotional wellbeing, inner drive, future focus, relationships and physical health.
Section 3: Resilience Toolkit
This final section will provide users with simple tools and skills to help get to know yourself and develop resilience over time.
