This training course is broken down into 2 sections
Section 1: Change
This section will define what change is and the difference between it and transition. We will also look at two of the most common models of change - the Kubler-Ross Change Curve and the Bridges Transition Model.
Section 2: Responding to change
This final section will provide users with 4 actionable steps for them to better respond to change and in time, change their feelings about change too
