Sexual Harassment Awareness Training
The online Sexual Harassment Awareness Training course has been designed to help raise awareness of sexual harassment in the workplace. It provides an insight to users on the grey-areas surrounding sexual harassment and offers guidance on identifying, preventing and removing sexual harassment from the user’s place of work.
The CPD Accredited course can be completed in just 35 minutes and provides the user with a printable certificate upon completion of the end-of-training test. This training course will help your organisation towards compliance with current legislation.

Conflict Resolution Training Certificate
This Conflict Resolution Training course concludes with a 20 question multiple choice test with a printable certificate. Your certificate will include; any approvals or accreditations the course has, your name, your mark, the date you received the certificate and the date of expiry.

Training Course Content
This training course is broken down into 3 sections
Section 1: Sexual Harassment Awareness
This section will provide an explanation of exactly what is meant by the term “sexual harassment” and the different types of sexual harassment, including its effects.
Section 2: Identifying Sexual Harassment
This section will provide different scenarios for the user to identify cases of sexual harassment and those that aren’t, including some ‘grey areas’
Section 3: Confronting and Reporting Sexual Harassment
This final section will provide information about confronting sexual harassment informally and formally and the external service available.
