At present I do not feel that I am stressed in the workplace at all but I found the part with the balloon really interesting and realise I am not quite under enough pressure to be performing at my best so will discuss this with my employer.

I think the course was very informative and pointed out that stress can come from different sources and effects different people in different ways. It is always good to try and put yourself in someone else's shoes before jumping to conclusions. maybe they aren't built like you and can't cope as easily or vice versa.
