Exceptional course, content and instructor!!!

The course far exceeded my expectations. The instructor was enthusiastic and kept us engaged by relating the material to our daily operations. I especially enjoyed the group work which allowed us to interact with co-workers we normally wouldn't see, discuss common issues and collaborate on a solution.
That class was very informative, knowledge based and thought provoking. Ian Shippley did a FANTASTIC job leading the course and keeping everyone on task. I would definitely recommend this course to colleagues.

The course covered various topics, all of which is essential for an effective EA.
I enjoyed the course however, I believe it should be split into two and have one course for beginners /intermediate and one for advanced in order to go into deeper dives and high level strategy etc.
Adriane Marx
I specially liked the practical exercises and the exchange with other participants.

The ACEA course is very well designed, it covers topics which are required by an EA. Thank you team BMTG(UK)Ltd for conducting it in India. The course was also very well facilitated by Mr Jeff Lockhart

The course was very varied and covered a lot of subjects, the material sent to us afterwards was extremely helpful and gives a good base to put what was taught into practice. it was lengthy and a lot of information to take in, in the 5 days but the breaks were well placed and this helped keeping focussed.
This was an excellent course, it give me a great insight and understanding into the business. Richard delivered the course in a professional manner and he knows his subject, Well done Richard.

The course was well paced and enjoyable. I’m not sure how much immediate relevance it has but it was definitely a good opportunity to refresh some subjects and introduce new ones. Thank you

This course is a good introduction to the myriad of 'hats' an EA is required to wear. Topics are varied and presented in easily digestible chunks. Workbook could benefit from an index at the start
The course has been really interesting. It has shown me how to run a business, what is all involved and how an executive assistant can support her executive. Richard is a very good trainer and entertainer.

Amazing! It was an opportunity for me to have attended the Fleming/BMTG in Nairobi. The course content was well planned and was an import resource to me. For the Trainer, Mr. Richard Arnott is a Trainer by calling who trains while mentoring from his rich experience. I argue fellow EA’s who have not attended the course to consider taking it. ...

I have learnt so much; applicable stuff. Meeting Scoring, Boss' weekly targets and review at the end of the week. DISC and how to handle different people. and also, networking!...amazing team, Richard, brilliant teacher...totally love it! will lobby for my colleagues to attend the same.

The Trainer is very experienced and gives his life examples. I liked the fact the he is at the Executives level and therefore gives us what the Executives would expect from their Assistants. The content is very rich and practical.
