The ACEPA is a very good tool in improving the performance of an executive personal assistant professionally.
This is a great course, really worth doing. Content is detailed and well delivered, great group interaction with the opportunity to work with the skills you develop over the course of the week.

It was an excellent course and Richard Arnott was very good. He was precise and went in great detail to ensure everybody understood the course matter. I would definitely recommend everyone to use it. However, for most people it is not feasible to spend 4-5 days out of work, hence a suggestion if possible to shorten the course.
The course covered the fundamental function of the organisation. This has helped me a great deal in my work place.
I gained a lot of expertise and know-how from this training program presented by BMTG. Typical topics related to daily work situations.
This was an excellent course. I will recommend this course to all PA's or Office Administrators. The way the course was run made me understand each topic and gave me better knowledge and understanding of all aspects of business.
We need to focus on the Assistant's daily work rather than focusing on the Strategy of the company as we remain just an Assistant. Regards
There was never a dull moment with Richard. He used up-to-date examples for us to understand the lessons clearly and quickly. Interaction with everyone was also good as he made sure that everyone is participating and can follow what we are tackling. Will definitely recommend this course to colleagues and friends.
The ACEA course held in New York City last week was utterly amazing. The course materials are right on par with the title!
