Course Description

Certified Company Valuation Modeller (In-house)

Often, the greatest challenge in valuing entities is understanding and quantifying the various inputs. If the inputs don’t make sense, then neither will the valuation. Because of this, a considerable part of this course is devoted to understanding and modeling valuation inputs including making adjustments to financial statements. This five-day programme offers participants an in-depth and practical analysis of valuation techniques that used to value various entities. Participants will also learn about types of modeling used to value patents, contracts, natural resources and other applications. The main focus of the workshop is on choosing a framework that can be used to pick the right model for any task and includes hands-on modeling of various real life valuation cases.

The practical concepts and models taught in this programme will be immediately usable in the workplace. Participants will start with the basics and move on to advanced valuation methodologies and modeling techniques. Hundreds of the individuals from all over the world have attended this course have gained valuable knowledge and experience that will benefit their careers.
