Certified Private Equity Specialist - In-house course

This intensive private equity in-company course guides participants through the strategic framework, evaluation of targets, company valuation and financing, the legal and regulatory framework, and the deal execution process.

Participants will conclude this company-specific course by covering assessment of post-investment value-creation.  This in-house training programme is highly interactive and teaches through numerous of real-life case studies, including many in which the instructor has had personal involvement. Participants carry-out practical exercises in Excel and discuss topics in group discussion.
