Managers will learn that good coaching skills are essential. The content will provide delegates with the tools and confidence to be able to coach their colleagues effectively providing continuous progression and development. Delegates will leave the course being able to explain and apply the key skills of a first class coach. They will be confident in choosing the most appropriate method of learning for their 'coachee' and implement regular development with maximum impact. Although the programme will be classroom based the course will include a variety of interactive exercises, which require every member of the group to take an active role.
