Was initially wary of being sent on a sasles course! In fact, a really insightful day and more about the psychology of sales than hard-selling. Enjoyed it a lot and took plenty of ideas away.
Interesting and not high-pressure sales. Will definitely help our team to 'help' more clients in more ways. The session on infucencing was the highlight for me.
Been on a few sales courses before. This one was more subtleand has definitely got me thinking about how I deal with customers. I will be making some 'tiny tweaks' and will let you know how it goes!
