Course description
On this course you will learn a range of skills to craft beautifully presented sugar flowers. The course will cover at least 3 types of flowers and detailed contents will be discussed during the first session. Your tutor will give you regular feedback and there will be opportunities to share ideas with the class. We run a variety of other cake decorating and baking courses you could try to build up your experience and gain specialist skills.
