Course description

Negotiating and Influencing Skills in-house (or on-line) workshop - using psychological tactics and emotional intelligence

Effective negotiation and influencing skills among team members can bring an organisation a long way in reaching their goals. This in-house or on-line training workshop is designed and facilitated in an interactive and practical format and works to prepare participants to negotiate and influence others with more precision and greater outcomes. An emphasis is placed on the personal aspects of negotiating, and in specific, on using psychological tactics and emotional intelligence.

As participants engage in learn by doing activities, they will develop a range of practical negotiation and influencing skills and understandings, including:

  • Analysing people, problems and opportunities
  • When and why we can negotiate
  • Analyse own communication style
  • Analyse own Conflict Style: Thomas & Kilmann
  • Working with the 5 styles of negotiators
  • Key influencers skills, qualities and identify circles of influence.

We also offer a CPD accredited, 90 minute, on-line, 1-to-1 coaching workshop of this course from £35 per session on Zoom or Teams.

This in-house or online workshop is designed for teams and organisations looking to improve the negotiation techniques and outcomes of their members. Via Experiential Learning techniques, participants will learn by doing to become able to negotiate and influence others more effectively. Applying psychology to your sales and contract negotiations will give you a position of advantage and control.

Expenses

The cost of this in-house training workshop will vary depending on the number of participants and various other variables. The likely cost of this workshop for a group of 15 participants is £895 (1-day workshop) or £1,450 (2-day workshop).

We also offer this over 90-minute on-line modules priced at £35.00 + VAT per person, per module.    

Utilising state of the art software using Smart phone interactions in our online workshops we can guarantee complete delegate participation and motivation.
