I have enjoyed studying as the material is easy to follow and very clear. It is good to not be under pressure and to be able to take your own time over assignments. I am now studying for a Foundation Degree and feel the study skills I have developed with NEC have been a great help to me.

This course has helped me plan training sessions more effectively and has also helped me become a better learner. I particularly enjoyed planning the microteach as it enabled me to be creative in the resources. It equipped me to plan an engaging session and I had some very positive feedback from my peers and assessor.

Before choosing NEC, I looked at several other distance learning programmes and the NEC was the best value for the quality of the courses and the help available. I wanted a management qualification to progress my career so I chose to study for the CMI Level 5 Award, which was part funded by my employer. The new unitised structure was straightforward and, after two months, I completed the course. I plan to move on to the CMI Level 5 Certificate.
