Live Prospecting - Telephone Sales Training - 2-day Course

This empowering two-day course is a must for anyone looking to generate, qualify and maximise sales opportunities on the telephone. Participants will learn practical tools and techniques needed to get to the next stage of the sales cycle, and how to adopt a positive mind-set that dispels the myth that "cold calls don't work".

The course includes a 'Live' session of two hours of dedicated qualifying and decision maker calling, with coaching support from expert sales trainers. Participants will also benefit from a practical session on the use of social media to generate leads.

Suitability - Who should attend?

Live Prospecting is suitable for salespeople from beginner to intermediate level who are responsible for qualifying, prospecting and generating leads predominantly by telephone. It is a ‘must have’ for anyone who is generating new business.

  • Demonstrate how to use social media to generate leads to fill your pipeline
