PowerCall Cold Calling 6-Month Training and Coaching Programme: Online

This programme is tailored to the client's needs and aims to help sales teams achieve the most from their cold calling initiatives. Participants benefit from PowerCall's world-class methodology which accelerates results and has driven performance of telemarketing teams and cold callers around the world.

Participants will acquire skills to manage the first 20 seconds effectively, to get past gatekeepers, to overcome objections, achieve a winning mindset and to communicate value to prospects and maintain momentum by adopting PowerCall's tried and tested techniques.

Phase one - PowerCall Cold Calling with Confidence Workshop

  • Gaining the Right Attitude
  • Script Preparation: maximum impact in the first 20 seconds
  • Objection Prevention & Handling
  • Getting Past the Gatekeeper
  • The Perfect Cold Call: Engaging in Structured Value-Based Conversation.
  • How to Handle Calls with Prospects
  • Assumptive Closing
  • Role Plays
  • Measuring Performance
  • Eliminating Down Periods
  • Summary of Key Points
  • One-to-one personal coaching of team members, where scripts, objection handling, questioning and listening skills, etc will be put into practice during fresh live calls.

Phase Two - PowerCall “Refresher” Group Training and Coaching Session to aid and monitor skills adoption

This session is a one-day in-house group coaching session conducted four weeks after delivery of phase one to monitor progress.

  • Brief Recap of learning points from first Workshop: Interactive Q and A
  • Overcoming Continuing Challenges
  • How to plan your cold calling for maximum effect
  • Recognising the Buying Mode of Your Prospect and How to Harness the Power of Timing
  • Active Listening
  • Advanced Level Role Plays

Phase Three: One-to-One Coaching

This phase commences four weeks after phase two is completed and consist of one-to-one coaching sessions with team members to further embed the learning and to hone acquired skills. These sessions are recommended to be scheduled once a month over a four-month period.

  • discuss any challenges, and receive further guidance to improve their performance. 
  • sessions will also act as a sounding board for team members
  • opportunity to measure progress against individualised Action Plans.

Unlimited On-going Telephone and Email Support

  • Following delivery of Phase One all team members will be entitled to unlimited on-going telephone and email support.
