Retail Manager Apprenticeship
The programme has been designed to enhance the development of those in retail roles and help them to progress to area manager, store manager or similar positions.
Retail managers are responsible for delivering sales targets and a positive experience to customers that will encourage repeat custom and loyalty to the brand/business. It is a diverse role that includes leading and developing a team to achieve business objectives and work with a wide range of people.
The programme typically takes 15 months and is delivered by our sector expert trainers providing blended learning.

Expenses
Our courses are cost free for learners. For employers the apprenticeship will be paid for through apprenticeship levy or 95% of the course will be funded externally.
